Stayed 4 days and whilst being unable to access all facilities during my stay (National holidays) when I did get the opportunity I was glad to take it. Excellent Wellnes Spa and worth price premium from Superior Double to Junior Suite. A little miffed at the poor selection of TV channels in terms of Business and Sport. Something one might reasonably expect in a Hotel projecting certain expectations. Generally speaking a good value for money proposition but I am not likely to book here again unless the little details I've aired here are not taken care of; even if there were a cost to the client to access such services.

Съемочная группа Дирекции информационных программ (программа «Время») - корреспондент Лабушкина Яна Сергеевна и оператор Мухин Сергей Васильевич - находилась в командировке в Одессе с 17-20 ноября 2010 года для подготовки материала к 85-летнему юбилею фильма «Броненосец «Потемкин» (режиссер С.Эйзенштейн). Группа проживала в гостинице «Лондонская» и проводила съемку с разрешения директора гостиницы Ольги Васильевны Бабич в музее С.Эйзенштейна, а также в номере, где останавливался великий режиссер. Хочу поблагодарить Вас и Ваших коллег за помощь в организации съемок.

The Hotel is very nice, and very conviniently located, staying there you are just at walking distance from all the best places from Odessa. The building is amazing, and the staff is allways helpful. I´m from México and stay there from July 17 to July 22. When I have to get back to Odessa, I will stay again in this Hotel for sure.

По первому приезду в Одессу мой выбор сразу пал именно на эту гостиницу, потому что в ней есть что-то ,что её роднит с моей любимой гостиницей - Метрополь .

Old world charm and service from the staff, this is what I found in my recent stay at this hotel. I could not be more complimentary of the service from all members of staff. The rooms were particularly spacious and very comfortable. On my next trip to Odessa which will be later this year I shall most certainly be staying at this fine hotel

When I entered into my room, I was deeply moved by the kind arrangement of Champagne and cake plate written "Happy Birthday" with chocolate. Yes, it was my birthday on January 22. My first staying plan at your Hotel was from January 21-22, however my flight from Dnipropetrovsk to Kiev was cancelled due to heavy snow. So, I took flight in early morning on January 22. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service provided by the front desk personnel. When traveling to a foreign country, it is very reassuring to have capable and knowledgeable hotel administrative personnel available to meet your needs for information or special requests. This was certainly my experience with the Londonskaya Hotel staff. The room service was always prompt; the room was always prepared thoroughly and with consistent quality. Also, an unexpected pleasure was my dealings with Natalia in the business center who helped me with my computing and printing needs with efficiency. The room was always too warm for comfort but that is to be expected with hot water heat. Overall the Londonskaya Hotel is a great place for a person from any country to stay with confidence.

I would like to express the wonderful and fantastic vacation I had this past September (2009) in the City of Odessa. What contributed greatly to the joy, excitment and pleasure of my vacation was the feeling of "being at home" at the Londonskaya Hotel. Waking up and getting ready for the day in a clean and comfortable room. Anticipating an enjoyable breakfast in the Londonskaya courtyard. Then after a full day of activities and events coming back home to a refreshing made-up room, relaxing for awhile with a large assortment of refreshments available in the mini-bar; with additional options of having dinner in the beautiful Londonskaya restaurant or just kicking-back with friends, family and other guests in the Londonskaya bar and lounge. The location is super fantastic with the famous Potemkin Stairs just half-a-block away leading to the Odessa Sea Port on the Black Sea. The Londonskaya Hotel is also just a block away from the Odessa Opera House which is the second largest opera house in the world. Both the Potemkin Stairs and the Odessa Opera House are magnificent sites to see at night. And, as you walk back home to the safe and secure comforts of the Londonskaya Hotel you will want to stroll the main parkway surrounded by towering trees on either side and park benches to sit while you talk, listen to music and even have the opportunity to meet many of the friendly folks who make-up the beautiful City of Odessa. My next vacation to Ukraine will be back to Odessa and my residence of choice will be the Londonskaya Hotel...
